Like our other members, I had been informed that we were to receive our vacation leave/PTO payout on Friday, 071219.  I was mistaken; the check I received was actually from Triple Canopy for one week’s pay. From the many responses to the my email on 071219, no one has received a vacation leave/PTO payout. After work on 071219, I spoke with the NLRB, who did not rule out beginning an investigation but asked that we receive some additional information first.  We are in the process of obtaining that information and will keep you posted until this issue is resolved.
