Local 309, Currently, there are a fairly large number of personal payroll issues, time-off problems, etc. I am sorry to say, these are more than I can take care of at this time. So, here is how I am asking that we address these issues: 1) Please address all payroll issues directly to the Triple Canopy staff, making sure you include Corey Larson, who is directly handling these issues. AND, 2) Include me (dh1113ps62@hotmail.com) BCC’ed on your emails to Triple Canopy. AND, 3) After you have given them an opportunity to answer or remedy your issues, let me know if you do not receive an clear explanation or if you suffer any monetary or other loss.
This procedure will serve four purposes: First, it will put your issue into the hands of the people who have the records to answer the issue and supply the needed explanation/information/remedy. Second, if one (or several) PSO suffers a loss, it will help me, as your representative to call Triple Canopy back to the paper trail you have already created. Third, by BCCing the complaint to me, I can better group these issues into categories and know who has specifically been affected by each issue, should follow-up be needed or a group grievance be required. Fourth, it gives me time to shift through the issues ahead of time so that I can work for and plan for a solution.
In regards to the issues that have already been sent to me, I likely won’t have an individual response for each person. However, I am grouping them together and addressing them as I can. Other emails will follow in regards to these issues.
